We use a note taking tool during consultation
We utilize a note taking tool called Heidi to accurately and efficiently capture the details of our discussions and the outcomes of our appointments. Heidi ensures that we can focus more on our conversation and less on manual note taking, enhancing the quality of care you receive.
Heidi supports but does not replace your clinician's professional judgment. All medical decisions are made solely by your clinician.
Data is handled securely, with encryption and regular audits to ensure compliance with privacy law. There is no identifiable personal data being processed or stored. It does not capture your voices information.
You can choose to opt-out of the use of Heidi during your consultation.
Appointment Fees
Standard consultation fees for enrolled patients. *Discount applies for Community Service Card holders (CSC)
*Each consultation takes 15 minutes and is for one issue only. If you need to discuss more in-depth issues, there is an option to book a double consultation with an extra fee.
*Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your appointment, so you can get rest properly; If you are late for more than 10 minutes, your appointment slot will be cancelled and a normal consultation fee will still be applied.

Where to find care if we are not available
We are closed on weekends and public holidays.
After hours please phone (09) 527 8829. You will be connected to After Hours Message Service which will assist your care.
If you need urgent medical care during 5pm to 8am (Mon to Fri), weekends and public holidays, you can go to White Cross – Lunn Ave Urgent Care and GP Clinic (110 Lunn Ave, Mt Wellington) or East Care Urgent Care (260 Botany Rd, Botany).

Hong Kong Surgery is a Foundation Standard accredited general practice, which offers you a full range of family medical services in the heart of the Panmure.
